Pearls is such a quaint place! I really love the extremely quiet atmosphere, a great spot to get work done. I got a Fruit Loop smoothie which was delicious. I noticed they have crepes and different kinds of savory baguettes, including a veggie option, so I'm eager to try those in the future. If you happen to be near Delridge Play Field or really anywhere in the North Delridge area, would recommend stoping in here and supporting a most-awesome local business

Just moved here and wanted to try this place.
The interior is like a 90s open mic coffee shop - which was kind of nostalgic.
The service was ok. They messed up my order a couple times but they were nice enough.
I ordered a cappuccino and got a latte. It was one of the worst coffees I've had in awhile. Way too much milk and I could tell the milk was cheap and had a weird flavor.
Disappointing because they're so close and I hoped I'd have a great local spot. -

My husband ordered a sandwich there today and when he ate half of it, he found a dead fly inside the sandwich, mixed with the chicken! Disgusting!
Came back the store to let the seller know but she acted like it is normal thing. No apology.
Disgusting food and service! -

Let me just start off by saying my boyfriend and I are not hard to please. We went here for the first time today after moving to the area a few months ago and wanting to try it for a while.
First thing we noticed when we walked in was that there was no AC inside. It's not even a very warm day today, about 60 degrees, and it was BOILING inside. Made it very uncomfortable to stay inside and we actually ended up ordering our stuff to go because it was so uncomfortably muggy inside.
Second, there was no music playing. Gave the place a really weird vibe when there's 4 people in there in complete silence except for sipping noises or whatever the worker is doing.
Third, the service. The girl who took our order was rude and had zero customer service skills. She didn't say anything to us until we walked up to try and order, and didn't say anything else after we paid and took our food.
Lastly, the quality. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because we got a matcha bubble tea and a Thai tea bubble tea, and the matcha one was great. Not too sweet, not too milky. A bit too much ice, but compared to the Thai tea, it was great. The Thai tea literally tasted like warm watered down milk. Zero Thai tea flavor whatsoever and barely any ice so that it all melted within the first 2 minutes of having it. Ended up dumping the Thai tea because it was undrinkable.
We got the apple spice and the nutty strawberry crepes to go. We thought it was odd they placed both crepes in one box, I guess I was just expecting them to be bigger. There were no toppings on our crepes like in the other yelp pictures, and we LITERALLY got a SQUIRT of whipped cream on the side... like when you go to squirt the bottle and it's empty. Then, we get home and eat our crepes and there's practically no filling inside them, just ALL crepe.
Overall I feel like everything was a complete waste of money. Most likely won't be returning. -

Cute little coffee shop with wifi to do work - the place offers bubble tea and banh mi - I tried their almond milk tea with boba and barbecue baguette - the almond milk tea was ok as it tasted more like it was made from almond powder. The baguette (which I ordered without carrots) was not bad. Bun was nice and crispy. The meat was ok. The sandwich sells for $6.85.
